- A parade steps off from the Bellefonte High School, traveling down Bishop St, turning on to Allegheny St, continuing to the Courthouse. Then turning onto High Street and traveling to Talleyrand Park.
- A dedication of the Hometown Heroes banners at the park, followed by a 75-minute Patriotic concert from the combined Bellefonte and State College Community Bands.
- “Melting Pot Food Tastings” stationed around Talleyrand Park representing America’s Heritage, hosted by community non-profits.
